Casey has dedicated his career to helping individuals and businesses achieve financial clarity and success. After nearly a decade with BDO Canada LLP and Grant Thornton LLP, he founded C. Ralph & Associates to provide high-quality, personalized accounting services with a community-first approach. Now a partner at Ralph & Levinson, Casey brings strategic insight, practical solutions, and a passion for problem-solving to every client relationship.

A Chartered Professional Accountant since 2013, he completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Course in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria, a Professional Accounting Certificate from Camosun College, and completed the Mutual Funds licensing course through the Canadian Securities Institute.

Born and raised in Victoria, he is deeply committed to his community. He served for nine years on the Board of Directors for the Greater Victoria Eldercare Foundation, including a term as President. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, golfing, swimming, and discovering great local restaurants.

David Levinson was born and raised in Victoria, BC and is a principal and founder of Ralph & Levinson Chartered Professional Accountants.
David spent two decades of his career working in industry before taking his accounting skills a step further.
In 2010, David established his own private tax and accounting practice, DA Levinson & Associates.
His practice grew over the next 14 years and he then merged with Casey Ralph to form Ralph & Levinson Chartered Professional Accountants.

David received his CGA designation in 2006. He completed the Tax Strategies Program with CGA BC in 2010.
Previously, David graduated from the University of Victoria with a B.A. in Economics.
He has vast experience across many industries and provides insight into business processes and procedures.

When not busy with clients, David enjoys soccer, golf, fishing, and spending time with family on the West Coast of Vancouver Island.

Jessica immigrated to the Greater Vancouver area in 1999 as an international member of CGA Canada and has since built a diverse career in public practice and the real estate industry. Now based in Victoria, she brings extensive experience supporting owner-managed businesses and assisting a wide range of clients with accounting and tax services.

Her practical knowledge, attention to detail, and client-focused approach make her a valued part of the Ralph & Levinson team. Jessica’s background spans various industries, giving her insight into the unique challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses.

Outside the office, Jessica enjoys exploring BC’s coastal communities. Her hobbies include gardening, hiking, music, reading, and sharing great meals with friends and family. Her balanced lifestyle and commitment to excellence shine through in everything she does.

Rowena was born and raised in Victoria, BC, and is fluent in both English and Cantonese. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Camosun College and obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 2018. With over eight years of experience in public practice, Rowena specializes in compilation engagements as well as personal and corporate tax services. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and sharing memorable experiences with family and friends.

Rajvir immigrated to Canada from India in 2007 to pursue further education and graduated from Camosun College with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2015. She completed the Chartered Professional Accountant In-Depth Tax Program in 2022 and earned her CPA designation in 2023. With 15 years of public practice experience, Rajvir specializes in corporate and personal tax returns as well as compilation engagements. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Jas graduated from Camosun College and joined our team in 2017, earning his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2024. He provides tax planning, financial reporting, and business advisory services to individuals and businesses. Known for his thoughtful and detail-oriented approach, Jas is committed to helping clients achieve lasting financial clarity and success. Since joining, he has built strong client relationships through trusted guidance and clear communication outside of work.

Josh immigrated to Canada from South Africa in 2001 and grew up embracing Canadian culture while staying connected to his roots. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Camosun College in 2023 and began pursuing his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 2024 to develop his professional expertise. Outside of work, Josh enjoys traveling, running, exploring nature, and cooking traditional South African braais with friends and family on weekends.

Originally from Alberta, Liam moved to Victoria to pursue his education and has since built a career as an accountant with a passion for detail and a dedication to helping clients navigate their financial goals. Outside of work, he stays active through golf, swimming, and biking. A passionate home cook and world traveler, Liam enjoys exploring new cuisines wherever he goes, bringing that same curiosity and enthusiasm to both his personal and professional life.

Dee has over a decade of bookkeeping and accounting experience and enjoys supporting small businesses, start-ups, and non-profits. She holds a post-degree diploma in accounting from Camosun College and a bachelor’s in social sciences from the University of Victoria. Currently pursuing her CPA designation as an articling student with Ralph & Levinson, she hopes to use her expertise to help people with disabilities access the support they need. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active and creative.

Originally from Calgary, Christine moved to Victoria for university and has made it her home. She holds a BA in Political Science and Psychology from UVic and a post-degree diploma in Business Administration (Accounting) from Camosun. With a team-driven approach, she enjoys helping others understand their business through clear reporting. Outside of work, Christine volunteers in her community and enjoys knitting, gardening, and supporting the local arts scene.

Born and raised in Richmond, Amanda moved to Victoria in 2023 for a new adventure. Having previously worked Amanda enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, watching hockey, and true crime. Since moving to the island, Amanda has been taking full advantage of exploring the Golf Islands and checking out their local markets. Amanda enjoys working within the community and getting to know the faces of our friendly clients. Her enthusiasm for staying organized contributes to the office functioning at its best.

Cali Ralph has been part of the team since she could bark, proudly holding the title of Junior Pawtnership Advisor. While her audit skills are still a work in progress, she shines when it comes to team morale, trust-building, and frisbee retrieval. Known for her impeccable timing, Cali ensures her humans take regular fresh air breaks and stay on schedule. With a wagging tail and loyal spirit, she brings energy and joy to the office every day.
